2.2 Custom Fabrications

Custom-cut materials (aluminum bars, rods, tubes) are non-returnable unless defective. You are responsible for providing accurate specifications.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Order Process

Order confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders that:

• Contain incomplete/incorrect information
• Violate export controls
• Request shipment to unserviceable areas

You authorize us to charge the full amount upon order confirmation. For international orders, currency conversion fees may apply.

3.3 Pricing

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). You will receive tracking information via email upon shipment.

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days
• Free Shipping (Orders >$50): EMS, 15-25 business days

Delivery estimates exclude customs processing. Some Asian/remote regions may have extended timelines or be unserviceable.

4.3 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:

• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Non-returnable items include:

• Custom-cut materials
• Cut/uncoiled chain/rope
• Opened clevises/structural braces
• Installed cabinet hardware

5.2 Return Process

2. Receive RMA authorization within 2 business days

International customers must mark packages as “Returned Goods” and bear return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

5.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for our errors.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

For damaged/incorrect structural components (aircraft cables, braces, etc.):

• Do not install or use
• Photograph packaging and items
• Email [email protected] with “URGENT: Damaged Industrial Materials” in the subject

We will arrange expedited replacements for verified cases.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, product images, descriptions) is our exclusive property. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Liability Limitations

Our products are intended for professional applications. You assume all risk for:
