Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your project timelines:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
International Shipping
We ship globally (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and other regions). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of our industrial products, the following cannot be returned:
- Custom-cut aluminum bars, rods, or tubes (made to your specifications)
- Chain and rope products that have been cut or uncoiled
- Opened packages of clevises or structural braces
- Cabinet hardware (hinges, knobs, pulls) with installation marks or removed protective coatings

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Return shipping instructions
- Any special packaging requirements for industrial materials
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Securely package your items using the original packaging when possible.
- Aluminum/brass rods/tubes should be wrapped to prevent surface damage
- Small hardware items (drawer slides, cabinet pulls) should be in their original boxes
- Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we will inspect the items within 3 business days and notify you via email about the status of your return.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours
Exchange Process
For exchanges of incorrect or damaged items:
- Follow the standard return process
- In your request, specify the replacement product needed
- We will ship the replacement once the return is received (expedited shipping available at additional cost)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items (especially critical for structural components like braces or aircraft cables):
- Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
- Do not install or use the components
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with “URGENT: Damaged Industrial Materials” in the subject line
We will arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost for verified cases.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
- Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Include all original commercial invoices
