While we strive for perfection in every shipment of aluminum bars, aircraft cables, or cabinet hardware, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. To initiate a return, please follow the process outlined below.

Return & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Request

• Product(s) you wish to return/exchange
• Reason for return
• Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

• Return authorization number (RMA)
• Return shipping instructions
• Any special packaging requirements for industrial materials

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Securely package your items using the original packaging when possible. For metal components:

• Aluminum/brass rods/tubes should be wrapped to prevent surface damage
• Small hardware items (drawer slides, cabinet pulls) should be in their original boxes
• Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we will inspect the items within 3 business days and notify you via email about the status of your return.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-10 business days to appear on your statement
• PayPal: Typically processed within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of incorrect or damaged items:

1. Follow the standard return process
2. In your request, specify the replacement product needed
3. We will ship the replacement once the return is received (expedited shipping available at additional cost)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged goods or incorrect items (especially critical for structural components like braces or aircraft cables):

1. Take photos of the packaging and damaged items
2. Do not install or use the components
3. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with “URGENT: Damaged Industrial Materials” in the subject line

We will arrange for expedited replacement at no additional cost for verified cases.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours
• Clearly mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
• Include all original commercial invoices
